Her professional background mainly in the consulting field has allowed Paola to develop in-depth skills in the field of Human Resources, following both the head hunting activities for HR and the management of Assessment projects, mainly related to moments of change in companies where it becomes crucial to define the best Human Allocation in the organisation and identify development plans aimed at strengthening the managerial assets in the company.
Paola had her first professional experience as an Account in an Advertising Agency. After 5 years she started to work in the field of personnel recruitment and selection, first as a consultant in an Italian company, then for Michael Page as manager of the Sales & Marketing Division. In 2001 she joined Jobpilot with the responsibility of organising and developing the Division dedicated to selection services, taking care of a team of consultants in the Milan and Rome offices. In January 2005 she joined the Key2people Group, first in Intermedia Selection as an Associate Partner and then in Key2people as an Executive Search Consultant for research projects in the HR function. In 2011 she became Practice Leader of the Management Assessment area and from June 2015 she became a Partner of the Company.
Graduated in Political Science at the Catholic University of Milan.
