During his career, Mario has developed strong skills in business, change management and organisational analysis in companies with different lifecycles, shareholders and markets, both B2C and B2B.
After an experience in Accenture, he enters the Telco sector where he occupies roles in marketing and sales management in H3G and Vodafone.
As Director of Marketing and Communications at Nexi, in 2008 he moved into financial services, one of the sectors that has seen one of the fastest digital evolutions with the arrival of electronic payments.
His last experience before joining Key2people was the digital transformation of Italiaonline, the company created from the merger of pure digital players such as Libero and Matrix with Seat Pagine Gialle. In Italiaonline he was Marketing Director and Commercial Planning and Strategy Director.
He has a degree in Economics and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in 2012.
