With more than 35 years in the world of Human Resources and Organisation (he has been HR Director of Olivetti System & Network, Marconi, Pirelli, Telecom Italia and Alitalia,) he has managed, on an international scale, projects related to Organisational Reorganisation, Change Management, Managerial Development, Restructuring, M&A, High-Tech Start-up, Complex Governance.
Working for Olivetti gave him extensive knowledge of the Corporate Culture and the Leadership Model of the Founding Fathers, still present in the 80s and 90s; from Marconi, he got the point of view of a great Subsidiary of a British Multinational HQ; from Pirelli, the entrepreneurial ability to generate value from a HQ of a highly diversified international Group, also through a modern Employee Value Proposition, an articulated Organisational Model and a Culture of Innovation, also discontinuous and as a Start-up; from Telecom Italia, the impact of a Change Management to compete in a liberalised and high-tech Market, from Alitalia the tenacity and competence of a Professional System that competes in a highly complex Industry and deeply revolutionised by the Low-Cost Business Model.
