In his 25+ year career in Executive Search, Chris has overseen CEO and top management searches in nearly every industry sector, both domestically and internationally. He has overseen numerous searches for CFOs of private, government, listed, multinational and private equity-owned companies.
In the Real Estate sector he has worked with Italian and international companies in the search for key figures for their activities in Italy. His clients include companies in the Investment, Development, Operations, Asset Management and Advisory sectors.
In addition, Chris has taken part in numerous research projects at international level, both for local managers for international branches of Italian groups and for the search of international managers for the headquarters of Italian companies.
After his first job in London, in the 90s Chris worked in the start-up of the Italian branch of a British recruitment company. He was subsequently one of the founders of an international Executive Search boutique, working in Milan, London and Paris before helping to build Key2people in 2001.
Chris, a native English speaker, graduated from Salford University and is fluent in Italian and French.
