The aim of the selection Assessment is to identify the best talent for candidate placement in the company.

The selection Assessment process is mainly aimed at New and Junior Professionals, through an Assessment Center with group sessions (6/8 participants in the room), making it possible to observe candidates’ behaviour with reference to specific competences and therefore, to identify the candidates most in line with the position to be filled

The Assessment team, which possesses SHL or Hogan certification to deliver tests and return results, now has solid experience in the design and management of complex processes and preparing tests.

The evaluation process for potential candidates is completed using an innovative tool to assess digital skills, able to measure, with a scientific method, the digital readiness of people within the company, meaning their ability to interact effectively with digital-based platforms, solutions and  services.

The methodology at the basis of this assessment tool originates from a controlled study performed by Key2people between 2010 and 2012, which led to the definition of a matrix for digital skills, specifically adapted to measuring Digital Readiness within new and junior professionals.
