Organizational Model Redesign

Organizational Model Redesign

In each organisational project, our approach involves starting with a careful analysis of the context and the business, working with management to identify strategic objectives, developing complementary perspectives to be used contextually (e.g. management orientations, employee perceptions, quantitative data, process analysis, etc.), and assessing the actionability of each choice, which must be pragmatic and oriented towards arriving quickly but scrupulously at a "so what" capable of directing the decision-making process.

Our Organisational Design projects typically involve the proposal of different scenarios, both as alternative options and in a logic of short-, medium- and long-term evolution. With this approach, we accompany the organisational evolution of our clients while ensuring business impact and sustainability.

Changes are often so rapid and complex that established patterns no longer seem to respond to the strategic challenges of the present. In this case, we can take a simple and concrete approach: looking at the experiences of others, their solutions, their mistakes, their teachings. Key2people, thanks to the depth of its search activity, has access to an unparalleled wealth of information on organisational structures, leadership models, management practices, and remuneration structures.

There is no single right solution. Every organisational set-up contains trade-offs on which only the company's management is entitled to comment. This is why Key2people always presents different solution options, illustrating their pros and cons and explicitly presenting its recommendations, but leaving the last word to management.

To cope with the complexity of implementation, we always measure the distance between today and tomorrow through a thorough gap analysis of the current situation.

Alongside its design activity, Key2people is able to train company representatives (e.g. talents to grow) in the use of its methodologies in order to enrich the company's know-how, reduce intervention costs and increase long-term sustainability.
