Digital"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The need for new skills capable of guiding the company's technological choices and directing complex innovation and digital transformation projects is on every company\u2019s agenda.<\/p>\n\n<p>Recruiting in the Technology&amp;Digital area can be considered a strategic lever, especially if it is integrated in to the evolutionary roadmap of the Client's business model, whether it is a company, a Tech business, or a start-up.<\/p>\n\n<p>Thanks to our consultants' direct experience in the sector, constant monitoring of market trends and in-depth knowledge of the main national and international players, we are able to move in a dynamic, fragmented sector, characterised by a forceful 'skill shortage' - and therefore very competitive -, thus responding to an innovative, urgent and increasingly complex need.<\/p>\n\n<p>We operate on several fronts both on the demand side:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>inserting in the Technology and Innovation Functions of companies operating in different industrial sectors the key figures capable of driving transformation and innovation through enabling technologies (CIO, CTO, CDO...; managerial figures experienced in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data &amp; Analytics, Internet of Things, Cloud, Virtual &amp; Augmented Reality, Robotics...);<\/li><li>selecting figures from across the organisation who can support the evolution of the various impacted functions (Digital Marketing and Digital Communication, eCommerce Director, User\/Customer Interface, Industry 4.0...).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>And on the supply side: <\/p>\n\n<ul><li>supporting Technology companies (System Integrators and Vendors) in the development of Business profiles with cutting-edge skills (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data &amp;
